ask ur attorney what if u wont get EAD approved by Jan'08
may be ur attorney thinks u will get EAD before Jan'08.
ask him what if u won't get EAD, with this mad # of EAD filings this month.
may be he is too busy with 485 filings. ask him if he will file after Aug17th
im in the same boat except my H1 is until Sep'07. my attorney is preparing to file 3 yr xtn.

My case cannot be processed under CSPA, because the form I-824 was not filed within one year of the visa becoming available.
but i have a valid point mentioned after the follwing subject. please check if the point is valid.

Family spillover for 2009-10 is approximately 10500, and is already allocated.
We wouldn't know this number until DOS publishes Immigration Statistics for 2010.

I also asked how many visas a left. He said only about 9 thousand for EB2 in total. They approved a lot this month. Next month more approvals will happen. For EB3 India he said only a couple of hundred are available till end of September.

Got the RFE document.
Attorney forgot to mention "NONE" in Part3 - Sction C of my 485 application.
Wow... really ? Thats a pretty stupid reason for USCIS to issue an RFE :confused:
I guess they are trying to nit pick everything !!

So, folks who have an advanced degree from the US are exempt from the cap? Or advanced degree plus 3 yrs of work exp is required?
advanced degree in STEM + 3 years post degree experience in related field immediately preceding I485 filing. The related field part may have been taken out by SA4188 so just 3 years of work experience may be all you would need.
Hope this clause stays as otherwise the USCIS would have a field day with the "related field" clause.

Have your attorney write a letter to USCIS, mentioning your A # and Lin # , and attaching the Notarised copy of the divorce decree and The attorney should mention to USCIS the dependent no longer valid because of the divorce, The USCIS will send you a RFE and ask you to fill the New Biographic info and send it to them.
My attorney charged 250 $ to do the above.
The form is G325 , if it A,B C or D. get the info from the attorney .
Can you please help me to get the form .

that is another excellent choice mats the 10 d would suit someone very well that dosent want to spend more than say 1200 bucks on a camera and i would probably choose if i could find one a 10 d over all the above mentioned cameras as mats said it has the metal body and predictave focus and since its not being sold new you could probably find one well under 1000 bucks then use whatever amount you didnt spend on the body to buy a really good lens. cameras come and go but lenses stick around for a while so you mine as well get a good one.
