Just wondering if anyone agrees. That amount of data isn't that big when you think about it..
It doesn't seem that much to me either. But that's probably because Apple will try to not have too many redundant files. But I don't know???

I know that the fourth gen was made by HP, but what about the 5th gen, and also, was the iPod Photo and the iPod Photo (2), also made by HP?

Except iOS is not a exclusively a smartphone OS. Again, if you are a developer, the metric that matters is how many devices are using the particular platform.

maybe i missed it but why is everyone saying that is not much storage? they are not going to store a copy of a movie for each person. they will just store a movie and allow everyone that has access to that file read it. That makes sense to me and will allow a crap load of media to be saved there.

Honestly I would have been flattered if asked. But like LBJ, if nominated I would not run, if elected I would not serve (at least at this point). For as evident by my posts over the past few days, my new job and new outlook as to what I find important has changed. In the end I think that active members like myself also serve a purpose, as much as those that are in a mod status.
I am glad that we have a couple EU members as mods in some degree.

How are you trying to do it? Two options:
1) Click the little paper-clip icon and attach the image (size restrictions though).
2) Upload it to an image hosting site, and paste the link between [t*img] and [/t*img] tags (minus the *s). Make sure the link ends in .jpg or .png or whatever extension the image has.

Can you guys answer 1 question for me?
When the next iPhone does come out how will iPhone 4 Verizon customers be able to upgrade? Do you think that Verizon and AT&T will work out an early upgrade for them?
Or do you think people who want the iPhone on Verizon will have already waited for the 5.
This question is basically impossible to answer, but in my opinion, Verizon customers who purchased an iPhone 4 will now be able to get a "full subsidized upgrade" when the new iPhone is launched. If Verizon took away its "new every two" plan prior to launching the iPhone then it sounds like they are wanting to use the iPhone to lock new customers into a 2 year agreement. There may be some middle of the road pricing like AT&T currently does, but I seriously doubt you will be able to purchase it for $199.

Again I have one position my position is that voluntarily using violence if another option is available (and they're is almost always another option available) is wrong. Always.
I just get annoyed that American's are willing to define other nations military engagements as "illegal". But everything we do is legal just bla bla bla etc.
Claiming that torture is ok because a few terrorist killed 3000 American's must by logical extension mean that it's ok to torture Americans since we have since killed hundreds of thousands of others (most of them quite innocent of any crime) :rolleyes:.
I'm tired of double standards.

This is great news if it means the end of mobile me. Die Mobile Me - DIE DIE DIE. Anything will be better than the self centered sounding @me.com. I simply will not use the email address in a professional context. Don't mind @Mac.com, and still use it, but @me.com sends the wrong message.

If this is designed specifically for mobile text-based chat, I'll be all over it in a flash.
SMS and MSN and other text-based messaging have changed my life and the lives of deaf people around the world. Before, telcoms was a closed world to me, now I'm never without my O2 XDA mini :)
It isn't just Paris Hilton who carries a sidekick, millions of USA deaf people do, and I'm willing to bet us deaf form a significant proportion of sales of mobiles-with-qwerty-keyboards around the world.
Bring it on Apple, I'm sick of using Windows Mobile on my otherwise awesomely excellent HTC hardware.

I'm opening like 7 tabs in Safari (2 of which are youtubes) and others are regular text-based pages. I also open iTunes with music on and MSN messenger. My Spec is below (MacBook Pro). Why is safari runs extremely slow and used up 1GB+ of Ram? I wouldn't have expected 4GB of Ram to run out this quickly.
